Zoya Mabuto – Mokoditoa

Zoya is the Founding Director of ZoyaSpeaks. She is a Professional Speaker, Facilitator, Moderator, Coach and Corporate MC. Her areas of focus are Leadership Development, Presentation/ Public Speaking Skills, and Team Development. She is a member of the Duke Corporate Education Global Educator Network, Luminary Consulting Global Educator Network and is an Accredited Purposeful Teams Facilitator by Worldsview Academy.


Her passion is bridging developmental gaps that assist individuals and groups to grow and achieve their goals. She is not afraid to get her hands ‘dirty’ doing meaningful work that makes an impact. She thrives on simplifying complexity and condensing large chunks of information into relatable narratives.

She has had extensive speaking and facilitation engagements both locally and abroad,  across the public, private and business sectors. 

She brings energy, empathy, subject knowledge expertise and strong interpersonal skills to any environment that she works in. 

Zoya is a TED Speaker and two-time Public Speaking Champion for Toastmasters in Southern Africa. She is host of a podcast series called The Ferring Podcast which focuses on research driven biopharmaceutical content around the areas of reproductive health, urology, endocrinology and gastroenterology.

  • Zoya coaches Public Speaking using The Be Heard Programme, a flagship programme of the  ZoyaSpeaks business.  
  • She has coached clients from various backgrounds – most of them working in corporate across  multiple industries.  
  • To date she has individually coached over 50 women –some of whom occupy senior roles  within the financial services, mining, retail and NGO industries.  
  • Be Heard is a comprehensive three-month Public Speaking & Leadership programme intended  to deliver sustainable results by empowering leaders with the skills to show up with power  presence, to influence others and lead with impact.
