About


I was born and raised in the South of Johannesburg. I graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand and hold a Masters of Management in the field Digital Business and a postgraduate diploma in Digital Business. In addition, I have furthered my personal and leadership growth through completion of the International Executive Development Programme (specialising in Retail Banking) with Wits Business School, an Accelerated Management Programme with Yale School of Management and Artificial Intelligence – Implications for Business Strategy Programme with MIT Sloan School of Management



Digital Business

I have spent the last 23 years in Human Resources in a range of senior positions and teams from people partnering ,employee engagement, wellbeing , employee relations, transformation as well as diversity, equity and inclusion across a range of industries from Education, FMCG, Financial Services and Technology.

In my current role at Google I form part of the EMEA DEI team and look after Equity, Retention and Progression across EMEA. I lead the work across 35 countries, 56 offices, 32 000 Googlers from 111 countries speaking 67 languages.

I believe strongly that the diversity of an organisation is its competitive advantage and I have spent the majority of my career supporting people to understand how they navigate complex situations while advocating for change to realise business growth.
