Currently, Snowy serves as the Talent Learning Inclusion Lead for India, Middle East & Africa at Marsh, where she plays a crucial role in supporting colleagues’ talent growth and development. Her future focus is on deepening the culture of Talent, Learning & Development, Performance Management, values, and Inclusion & Diversity. She aims to bridge the gap between theoretical discussions on digital disruption and practical implementation through leadership conversations.

Snowy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Midrand Graduate Institute and is accredited in Hogan and Insights methodologies.
