As the Head of Learning and Development for Siemens Southern and Eastern Africa, she leads initiatives that foster growth and opportunity.
Shaleenah also serves as the project lead for Siemens’ partnership with UN Women’s African Girls Can Code Initiative, driving forward initiatives in digital literacy and empowerment. She played a pivotal role in developing the acclaimed Siemens EmpowerHER program, providing essential work readiness skills and mentorship to African Girls Can Code Alumni.
