Nicol Mullins is a management consultant that specialises in compensation and employee benefits across the world. He has worked across 6 of our 7 continents. In Africa, he has worked across 40 countries for more than a decade. Nicol served as a functional head for Mercer leading compensation and benefits survey activities for more than 10 years across sub-Sahara Africa.
He has a passion for people and numbers, a love for the African continent. Across the world, he serves as a trusted advisor to leading multinationals, local and pan African organisations. He has extensive knowledge and insight into compensation and benefits trends on the African Continent. He shares insights to Executive Committees of clients.

Nicol holds a B Com Law degree, honours in Financial Management. He has completed up to Managerial Level of a CIMA degree. Through WorldAtWork in the United States of America, he holds two certifications, Global Remuneration Professional and a Certified Compensation Professional. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in General Business Management and currently completing an Executive Masters in Business Administration with GIBS.
