Manqoba Zungu.

Manqoba is a Global Business Executive at SoluGrowth, a global consulting company that was born after a 2018 management buyout of one of one of the divisions within Deloitte Africa. At SoluGrowth he leads the Sales, Business Development, Marketing and the Commercial offices.
He is ultimately responsible for management of stakeholder relationships with key clients as well as growing the corporate profile of SoluGrowth This has given him access to many C-Suite professionals and keeps him abreast of the trends and common challenges facing C-Suite executives from different industries and countries. SoluGrowth has presence in SA, Egypt, the United Kingdom and the United States
Manqoba is also the founder of GetReadySkills which is an innovative, successful mentorship programme focused on unemployed graduates. The programme contributes successfully towards the decrease in graduate unemployment rates. In two years it has raised $2.5 million (R50 million) in salaries and created employment for over 288 graduates that were previously unemployed.

Works

Manqoba was nominated as one of the Young Global Leaders by the World Economic Forum for his work in the fight against Unemployment.. Manqoba is also an accredited TedX Global  Speaker. Manqoba is also an accredited presentation skills trainer and has successfully facilitated  numerous strategy sessions. These skills are used at the Gordon Institute of Business Science  where he is part time faculty lecturing professionals and MBA candidates on Strategy &  General Management, Persuasion & Influence and Skills of the Future.
