Puleng Makhoalibe.

Dr. Puleng has a passion for creativity, design thinking and innovation. She has twenty-four years of experience working in the private sector, government and in higher educational institutions globally. She has an unusual ability to connect at a deeper level with her audience and usher them into a “clear think” atmosphere where the imagination and creativity meet and possibilities are born.


She is a certified coach, speaker, facilitator and a self-published author. She has worked across the world, served in most countries in Africa, in the USA, In Europe, UK, and Dubai. She has served many sectors locally and globally and is part of global innovation and design thinking expert groups. She sat on several boards including the Creative Education Foundation in USA, Liberty Two Degrees, Ecosystems.AI and she currently sits in the council of Michael Mount Waldorf School.
